• Data will be collated and processed fairly, lawfully and in accordance with the rights of individuals from whom the data is obtained
• Data will stored carefully to maintain the privacy requirements of individuals providing the data
• Data will only be collated for specific and lawful purposes
• Data collected will factor adequacy, relevance and will not be not excessive
• Data collected will be accurate and maintained up-to-date
• Data will not be maintained for any longer than necessary

The Institute could institute action for malicious or false complaints. The matter could also be referred to the police or other authorities.
