Leasil Burrow

Leasil Burrow has about 26 years experience in executive and senior executive positions in large corporations and government organisations in three different sectors in the United Kingdom. She holds a bachelor degree in law, she studied Behaviour Economics at Harvard Business School and has a MSc in Major Programme Management (Distinction) from the University of Oxford. Leasil is also a Fellow of the International Talent Advisory Board and is an Executive in Residence and Honorary Teaching Fellow at Lancaster University.

Sunila Lobo holds a BSc in Mathematics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Distinction), Masters in Linguistics, MBA with distinction from Imperial College London, and PhD (Management) from Warwick University. Her work has received a number of awards. Sunila is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA) in the UK. She has worked in leading academic institutions in Southeast Asia, the UK and the MEA including Imperial College London, the University of Reading, Manchester Business School, King Saud University in Riyadh and the University of Khartoum.

Cordi van Niekerk

Cordi van Niekerk has 25 years experience in business change and transformation activities predominantly in the financial services industry but also in the manufacturing and retail industries. He has executed large change initiatives in South Africa and the USA that involved end to end value chain business and information technology transformations. Cordi holds a BTech (Industrial Engineering) from Vaal University of Technology, BTech (Facilities Management) from Hamzenhogeshcool Groningen and an MSc in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford.

Jon-Paul Brett

Jon-Paul Brett has 10 years of cross-sector commercial experience specialising in business change and transformation. He has both advised and led global programmes in telcos, central government, legal and FTSE 100 retailers. Jon-Paul holds a BSc from the University of Gloucestershire and a MSc in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford and a Commission form the Royal Military Academy Sandhust (RMAS).
